CPVC Resin is a new type of engineering plastic
which is produced by chlorination modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. This product is loose particles or powder in white or light yellow color, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic

After chlorination, the irregularity and polarity of PVC resin’s molecular bond increase, which improves the solubility and chemical stability of the resin, thereby enhancing the material’s resistance to heat, acid, alkali, salt, oxidant, and other corrosive substances. The mechanical properties of the material, such as the thermal deformation temperature, are also improved. The chlorine content is increased from 56.7% to 63-69%, and the Vicat softening temperature is raised from 72-82 ℃ to 90-125 ℃. The maximum operating temperature can reach 110 ℃, and the long-term operating temperature is 95 ℃. Therefore, CPVC is a new type of engineering plastic with broad application prospects.
