Main uses:

♢ Pipe

The CPVC mixture can be directly formed with single or twin screws to obtain different specifications of cold/hot water pipes, corrosion resistant industrial pipes and spray pipes for fire fighting systems. The heat resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardant and mechanical properties meet different application requirements. The inner wall is smooth and the flow rate is high.

♢ Pipe fittings and other special-shaped parts

CPVC mixture injection pipe fittings of different caliber, with cold/hot water pipe, industrial pipe and fire sprinkler pipe connection, easy to fit, high connection strength. Used for injection of other shaped parts, also has high heat resistance, not easy to deform, long service life.

♢ Bushing for power transmission

3. Packaging:

Small packaging using kraft paper and polypropylene woven composite bag, each bag net content of 25kg;

4, storage and transportation: This product is non-dangerous goods.

It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, with no more than 7 layers of small packaging and no more than 2 layers of large packaging to prevent sun exposure and moisture. Transport must be carried in clean and covered vehicles, protected from the sun, rain and heat.
